Business Litigation
Strategic counsel for business, commercial, and contract disputes.
Initial Review and Scope
Harrington Wells currently offers an initial review of unpaid business invoices and non-real-estate contract-payment disputes. When appropriate after review, the proposed engagement may cover a demand letter and defined pre-litigation settlement work. The scope and fees are agreed before work begins.
Harrington Wells begins by reviewing the available facts, documents, deadlines, and the client's objective before proposing a defined scope of work.
Dion Macbeth leads Harrington Wells PC and is a California attorney admitted in November 2022. Availability for a particular matter depends on fit, conflicts, and capacity.

An initial review does not include filing or conducting litigation or arbitration, and no recovery or settlement is promised. If a demand letter or pre-litigation settlement work is appropriate, the engagement scope and fees will be set out separately after review.
Partition matters and disputes that overlap with real-estate ownership or title issues are outside the current intake scope.
